Reviewer walkthrough
The reviewer reads submitted work against a published rubric and records a judgment. A score on its own is never a verified result: verification is a separate, human decision with a recorded reviewer, rubric version, scope, and date.

Walkthrough
1.Open the review queue and pick the oldest sample submission.
You should see: The submission, the task wording, and the rubric side by side.
2.Score each rubric line before writing any comment.
You should see: The scale stays visible; the total is shown but does not decide the outcome on its own.
3.Write feedback naming the specific behavior you saw.
You should see: A draft that describes the work, not the person.
4.Record the verification decision for the domain.
You should see: A saved decision carrying your name, the rubric version, the date, the scope assessed, and its limits.
5.Look at the resulting Passport entry.
You should see: Only the domain you verified changes. Everything else stays as not assessed or developing.

What this role must not do
- A practice result is never evidence. Baseline and practice work stay developmental.
- Verify only the domain you actually assessed. Do not infer capability outside the scope in front of you.
- Buying training must never influence a score. The rubric decides the outcome.
