Employer walkthrough

The employer workspace holds your role requirements, the evidence candidates or team members permitted you to see, and development plans. You remain the decision maker throughout.

Everything on this page is sample teaching data. The people, organizations, cohorts, and results shown here are invented. Nothing you do here changes a real record, sends a message, or takes a payment.

Start here

Read one sample candidate's evidence and write down what it does and does not tell you.

Screens this role uses

  • Role requirements

The competencies a role actually needs, written once and reused.

  • Evidence review

Assessed scope, reviewer, date, version, and limits for each person.

  • Development plans

Gaps identified by assessment, with targeted next steps.

Walkthrough

  1. 1.Open the sample role requirement.

You should see: The competency domains the role needs and the level expected.

  2. 2.Open a sample candidate's shared evidence.

You should see: What was assessed, by whom, when, under which rubric version, and what it does not cover.

  3. 3.Compare that evidence to the role requirement.

You should see: Clear overlap, clear gaps, and no overall score pretending to be a hiring recommendation.

  4. 4.Open the sample development plan.

You should see: Specific gaps with targeted actions, not a generic course list.

What this role must not do

  • Evidence is one input among qualifications, experience, interviews, and supervision needs.
  • BORAKA does not rank, screen out, or recommend candidates. You decide.
  • Assessment results describe the scope assessed only, and are not a license or a regulatory qualification.
