Staff running employer campaigns and managed search
Recruiting manager walkthrough
The recruiting manager runs employer-facing campaigns: role requirements, shortlists, invitations, and evidence shared with permission. Everything a candidate shares is opt-in and scoped.
Everything on this page is sample teaching data. The people, organizations, cohorts, and results shown here are invented. Nothing you do here changes a real record, sends a message, or takes a payment.
Start here
Build one sample role brief and shortlist three sample candidates against it.
Screens this role uses
Campaigns
Live employer searches and their stage.
Open the real screen (needs your own access)
Shortlist
Candidates under consideration, with the evidence they permitted.
Invitations
What was sent, to whom, and the reply state.
Walkthrough
1.Open the sample campaign.
You should see: The role brief, required competencies, and current stage counts.
2.Add a candidate to the shortlist.
You should see: Only evidence the candidate permitted appears on their card.
3.Draft an invitation.
You should see: A draft. Nothing sends until a person reviews and releases it.
4.Record employer feedback.
You should see: A dated note against the campaign, visible to the team, not to the candidate.
Sample records
| Candidate | Evidence shared | Stage | Employer note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Candidate A (sample) | Two verified domains | Invited | Wants site experience detail |
| Candidate B (sample) | Baseline only | Shortlisted | Hold for second role |
| Candidate C (sample) | Nothing shared yet | Awaiting permission | Do not share until opted in |
What this role must not do
- No candidate evidence is shared without that candidate's explicit permission.
- We do not rank or score people for hiring decisions. We show assessed scope and its limits.
- Never state or imply employer recognition, accreditation, or a guaranteed outcome.
