How the advanced CRC pathway works
The pathway is three things in sequence: realistic simulated coordinator work, human review of that work, and scoped evidence in your Competency Passport. Here is what each of those means in practice.
The simulation
A fictional trial, worked like a real one
GLYCOTERRA-301 is a Digital Standardized Trial: a fictional study with its own protocol, participant visits, source documents, queries and messages. It contains no real patient data and no real study data.
You do coordinator work, not quizzes
You read the documents, decide what matters, and produce work products: visit summaries, discrepancy notes and site communications. Your work is saved as you go, and you can return to it.
Nothing is planted or hinted
During an attempt you see no answer key, no scoring hints and no list of issues we placed in the materials. The trial reads as the trial reads.
Human review
A person reads your work
Every submission is read by an authorised BORAKA reviewer against a versioned rubric. A score alone, and no automated check, is ever a verified result.
Feedback, and a chance to revise
The reviewer may return work with written, criterion-level feedback. You revise and resubmit. The full review history is kept, including who reviewed what and when.
Consistency is measured
Reviews are compared across reviewers by rubric version, so decisions stay comparable over time. Calibration never changes an outcome after it is made.
You can ask for reconsideration
Within 14 days of a finalised review you can raise a reconsideration on defined grounds, for example a rubric error or a technical problem. Outcomes stay within the scope appealed and never change payment or access.
The evidence
Only human-reviewed work becomes evidence
What a reviewer confirms is recorded in your Competency Passport: the competency assessed, the assessment version, the reviewer state, the date, and the limits of what was actually assessed.
Scoped, not a blanket claim
Each record says exactly what was demonstrated and in what context. Unassessed areas are shown as not assessed, never as failures.
Yours to share, at your choice
Your Passport is private by default. You decide who sees it, sharing it costs nothing, and viewing it is never metered.
What it is not
- The pathway is not a certification, a license, or a regulatory qualification.
- It does not guarantee employment, an interview, a salary, or a score.
- Employers who see Passport evidence treat it as one input alongside their own interviews and judgement.
- Free practice challenges remain developmental and are never verified evidence, however well you do in them.
