Training builds capability. Human review decides verification. Managed job search is a separate service you can add when you are ready. Completing training does not by itself mean verified competency. You must meet the published competency threshold. If you do not, you receive your final score, a competency gap report, remediation recommendations and the option to retake for the applicable retake fee.
Training cohorts
A payment plan costs more than paying in full because BORAKA carries the additional payment and collection risk. Payment-plan installments continue as agreed even if you accept a role before the final installment. A managed search is a purchased professional service engagement, not a cancel-anytime monthly subscription during the initial program. Refund and payment terms are governed by your enrollment agreement.
