Learn it. Practice it. Prove it. Put it to work.
One scroll through how BORAKA actually works, in the order you move through it. Each stage says what happens, what it produces and what it does not claim.
Learn the standard the work is actually held to
Structured clinical research learning you consume inside BORAKA Academy, sequenced so later practice has something to stand on.
Courses and programs, kept apart
Self-paced courses you work through on your own schedule, and cohort programs that run to a live timetable with sessions, assignments and recordings.
One focused player
A curriculum rail, the lesson itself, captions and speed control, a transcript, your private notes and the resources for that lesson. Your position and progress stay on your account.
Role-relevant, not generic
Material is mapped to the work a coordinator, associate or specialist is expected to do, described as observable tasks rather than topics.
Learning is preparation. Completing a course is not an assessment result and not a credential.
Practice on work that behaves like the real thing
Simulations and casebooks put you inside a realistic situation and ask you to make the call, then write down why.
Work simulations and casebooks
A scenario, the documents around it, and a decision to make. You produce the same kind of written work product the role produces.
Live role-play
A short spoken practice conversation, started only when you ask for it. No audio or transcript is retained afterwards.
Developmental feedback
Feedback tells you where a reader would stop and ask a question. It is coaching, not scoring.
Practice feedback is developmental. It is never presented as a verified result and it decides nothing about hiring.
Prove capability through human review against written criteria
Work you choose to submit is reviewed by a person against published rubrics, so a result means something specific.
Written criteria, versioned
Each rubric states what a reviewer looks for. The criteria are written down and versioned, so the same work is judged the same way.
Human decision
A reviewer makes the call. Automated help never issues a result on its own.
A record you own
Reviewed work becomes a record attached to your account, with the criteria and the date attached to it.
A BORAKA result means a person met defined requirements on specified work. It is not a background check, a license, an accreditation or a guarantee.
Advance using what you can actually show
Career support turns capability into a way of describing yourself that survives a recruiter reading it twice.
A 30-day readiness plan
The free Role Readiness Scan turns your answers into milestones, an evidence checklist and one clear next move.
Career guidance and coaching
Positioning, applications and interview practice, built around the work you have produced rather than a template.
Signed-in assistants
Career Strategist and Interview Coach sit inside Careers. They protect your personal data, state their limits and make no hiring decisions.
Career support is guidance. No placement, offer or employment outcome is promised at any stage.
What you can use now, what is in beta, and what is still being built

How the four stages fit together
What each stage of the tour produces, and what it does not claim.
- Do I have to move through all four stages?
- No. Learn, practice, prove and advance are the order most people follow, but each stage stands alone. You can practice a casebook without a course, or bring existing experience straight into review, provided the work meets the published criteria.
- What does the practice stage actually involve?
- Realistic work: casebooks built from the documents and decisions a role handles, plus live role-play where a scenario is worked through in conversation. Practice feedback is developmental. It is guidance on the work, not a score and not a hiring decision.
- Who reviews the work at the prove stage?
- An experienced professional reviews submitted work against a written rubric before anything counts. Nothing is verified automatically, and no automated result is presented as a review outcome.
- What do I hold at the end?
- A dated record of what you demonstrated, the criteria it was judged against and the work behind it. You choose what to share and with whom. It is not a license, an accreditation or an employment verification.
