What to look for in clinical research training
Start with the role, work context, and capability gap. Ask whether the program names the tasks being practiced, provides feedback on observable work, separates development from assessment, explains who reviews evidence, and states what its result cannot establish.

BORAKA does not certify legal or regulatory qualification, guarantee job readiness, employment, salary, promotion, or employer acceptance. Simulation is not employment experience. Employers remain responsible for their decisions.

- No. A person who already demonstrates the required capability can proceed through the applicable assessment and review process without buying training merely to obtain a favorable result.
- Can practice work appear as verified competency?
- No. Practice remains developmental. Only evidence reviewed through the defined verified-assessment workflow can receive a verified state.
